So, you want to take your flagship customer event, re-launch it with a brand new name, a new location by the Rockies in the heart of Colorado, and a record-breaking attendee list to boot? Sounds right up our street. We were tasked with designing a show-stopping general session room that would elevate our client’s content and messaging to new heights, devising an entirely new bigger-than-ever Expo area hosting everything from sponsors to customer lounges to “developer battles”, as well as manage over twenty skill-specific breakout tracks. With lofty audience engagement targets and the event tagline to “make every moment count” running through everything we planned, we knew we could create an unforgettable experience for every attendee from the moment they stepped through the door.

We Delivered

We knew this was an audience expecting big things - so “big” is what they were going to get! With a 56 metre ultra-wide LED screen spanning the entire width of the General Session space, we really did make attendees stop and say “woah” as they entered the room. Allowing for multiple presentation content configurations as well as custom animations, product demonstrations and live camera, we also devised an opening experience celebrating Memorable Moments, with a bespoke “through-the-ages” 10:1 ratio video and a 12-piece orchestra performing a mega mix of bangers composed and conducted by our award-winning musical director. Mind-blowing.

Never ones to be outdone, our Expo team brought the stunning Colorado scenery indoors by dressing the space with sweeping forest imagery, grassy outdoor terrain, flowers and greenery in abundance, and real trees to give attendees a multi-sensory experience, through not just their eyes, but sound, touch and even smell. Comprising of buzzing networking lounges, a non-stop schedule of mini-talks and developer sessions, and an entirely new and completely booked-out product demonstration area that tied in with the CPO’s innovative main stage keynote, this area received unprecedented positive feedback and kept audiences engaged from morning to night.
