We Delivered
Presented with a totally different venue and general session space, we redesigned our production and content to fit, collaborating with the Client creative and design teams to ensure none of the impact or effect was lost. We also reconfigured the Expo into a smaller, boutique Marketplace, simplifying the design and installation for both the client and their sponsors whilst maintaining networking opportunities, face-to-face communication and all the buzz of its bigger brother.
And as we proved that a smaller stage doesn’t have to mean less impact, we also saw that a smaller audience doesn’t have to mean a less engaged one, carrying over the hugely successful CX Heroes sessions to celebrate incredible humans from within the region, as well as sourcing some amazing speakers to compliment the internally led keynotes.
