Challenge Set

With the success of the client's flagship conference just a few months behind us, we were tasked with recreating the energy and excitement of that event at their smaller but no less important European road show in Amsterdam. Treading a fine line between those who had attended the US event already, those who could attend neither, and those for whom this was their primary option, we knew we needed something special to cater for everyone, showcasing the same keynote speakers but with all new celebratory stories and a little local spice mixed in.

We Delivered

Presented with a totally different venue and general session space, we redesigned our production and content to fit, collaborating with the Client creative and design teams to ensure none of the impact or effect was lost. We also reconfigured the Expo into a smaller, boutique Marketplace, simplifying the design and installation for both the client and their sponsors whilst maintaining networking opportunities, face-to-face communication and all the buzz of its bigger brother.

And as we proved that a smaller stage doesn’t have to mean less impact, we also saw that a smaller audience doesn’t have to mean a less engaged one, carrying over the hugely successful CX Heroes sessions to celebrate incredible humans from within the region, as well as sourcing some amazing speakers to compliment the internally led keynotes.
