EDGE26

Challenge Set

With Nextech EDGE evolving from a traditional conference into a fully experience-led event, the brief wasn’t to simply deliver another year - it was to redefine what the event could be.

At the same time, this marked a significant shift - from production partner to strategic agency. A new relationship, a new approach, and a new level of trust placed in us from the outset.

We needed to balance multiple audience dynamics: long-standing attendees with fixed expectations, first-timers seeking clarity and value, and stakeholders looking for measurable business impact. All while ensuring the content, environment, and flow worked for a broad spectrum of learning styles and behaviours.

The challenge was clear: reimagine the experience without losing the essence of what made Nextech EDGE successful - elevating it into something more human, more engaging, and ultimately, more impactful.

We Delivered

We turned Nextech EDGE into a true experience-led event, built around people, not just content.

The agenda was redesigned for how audiences actually engage. High-impact keynotes. Focused breakouts. A format that let attendees see it, experience it, activate it in their own way.

Production became part of the story. A full-width LED canvas, immersive content, and live camera moments brought scale, energy, and connection into every session.

Every touchpoint was intentional. From arrival to final keynote, the journey was designed to hold attention, spark interaction, and keep the room engaged throughout. Complete with a puppy wellness break, thrown in for good measure.

The result. Nextech EDGE, reimagined. More human. More engaging. Built to perform.
