Emma Egan Joins Made Human as Director of Client Services

We’re incredibly excited to welcome Emma Egan to Made Human as our new Director of Client Services.

Emma joins us at an exciting moment as the business continues to grow and evolve. From day one, Made Human has been about building the right team around our clients – people who care deeply about the work, the relationships and creating experiences that genuinely connect.

Emma brings exactly that.

With more than 15 years of experience across the global events and hospitality sectors, Emma has built her career around client leadership, relationship development and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Most recently she worked at Mutika EMC, supporting international event programmes and strategic client relationships. Earlier roles at GP Associates and Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts helped shape her expertise in luxury hospitality and high-touch client service.

Throughout her career, Emma has earned a reputation for combining operational excellence with a genuinely people-first approach – helping clients turn objectives into meaningful experiences that drive both commercial results and lasting audience impact.

She will now lead our client services function, ensuring every programme we deliver remains thoughtful, collaborative and rooted in the human connection that sits at the heart of Made Human.

For our founder, Matt Culverhouse, the appointment also carries personal significance.
